Q. How will I know when my order arrives?
A. When you order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Make sure to also check your email’s junk mail folder for your tracking information.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is free at this time.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped using USPS priority mail and should be received within another 5-7 business days. Use your tracking number to know the progress of your package’s arrival time.
Q. What if my order is lost or damaged?
A. If shipment is are damaged or stolen, you must contact us immediately. Send an email to funkforcefield@gmail.com with your name, order number, and tracking number.
Q. Do you offer express shipping?
A. No. We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Q. Can I return items or exchange them?
A. You must contact us at: funkforcefield@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. Within 7 days of us sending your RMA number and Form, we must receive your completed RMA Form and your returned item(s). Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, and with all original tags intact. You must send us your return shipment tracking number so you have proof that we received your returned item.
Q. Can I make changes or cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after an order has been processed and shipped. If we can locate the item before it has shipped, we may be able to adjust or cancel your order at that time.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No. We only ship within the 48 Continental United States. Please check back at a later date to see if our policy has changed.
Q. What forms of payment to you accept?
A. We accept Major Credit/ Debit Cards.
Q. Do you ship to Military bases?
A. No, we do not ship to military bases at this time.
